Press Release: Camille Schraeder named Executive Director of Full Circle Health Network; New capacity at Anchor Health Management

Ukiah, CA – Anchor Health Management is humbled to share that after 38 years of dedicated public service to the people of Mendocino County, co-founder and Chief Program Officer Camille Schraeder has been selected to serve as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Health Network, a subsidiary of the California Alliance of Child and Family Services- one of the country's largest child serving advocacy state associations. Camille is charged with building this one-of-a-kind network, aimed to deliver expanded services for children and families via contracts with health plans and other community-based behavioral healthcare services and supports.

"We are delighted that Camille Schraeder is joining our team at the California Alliance to lead our new behavioral health network," said Christine Stoner-Mertz, CEO of the CA Alliance. "Drastic changes in California's MediCal System brought on by the CalAIM initiative, have created new opportunities and positioned us in a way that allows this new network to deliver much needed services and support to our California Alliance members. Under the leadership of Camille Schraeder, we know the Full Circle Health Network will thrive and become a pillar in California's changing behavioral health treatment landscape, helping to bridge gaps between service systems and get services to those that need them most."

With this transition, Camille has stepped away from day-to-day operations at Anchor Health Management. A thoughtfully planned transition of duties has been executed since she accepted her new role in January of 2023. She will continue to support community-based organizations wherever possible and will remain an involved citizen of the Mendocino County community. Camille will also continue her long-standing volunteer stewardship of the Potter Valley Youth & Community Center.

Anchor Chief Operations Officer Dan Anderson shares “We will forever be grateful to Camille Schraeder for the decades of advocacy and love she’s contributed to building first Redwood Community Services, then Anchor Health Management. The number of children, adults, and families whose lives have been changed for the better, under her leadership, is immeasurable.” He concludes, “We are confident that through this transition, the talented and experienced team of providers and administrators that we have built at Anchor will continue to serve, with excellence, the most vulnerable people of Mendocino County – under CalAIM, and beyond.”
